Dr. Arif is a British Board certified Consultant Pediatric Neurologist. He completed his General Pediatric and Pediatric neurology training in the UK.

He has trained and worked in a number of regional and tertiary hospitals in the United Kingdom. The prominent ones included Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital, University Hospitals of Leicester and the Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham. He was a Consultant Pediatric Neurologist at the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust for 3 years. During his tenure, he was assigned as lead clinician for complex epilepsies, vagal nerve stimulation service and ketogenic diet service in Leicester.

He moved to Dubai in the year 2015 and was appointed as the Head of Children's services at the American Center for Psychiatric and Neurology in 2015. After having completed 2 contractual years at the center, he set out to develop the first pediatric neurosciences center in the region called Neuropedia.

He founded and developed Neuropedia Children's Neurosciences center in 2018. The center has now successfully completed 4 years of service to the regional population. Following its success, the organization has established the second branch of Neuropedia in Sharjah to serve the Northern population of the country.

Dr. Arif is an avid writer, authoring more than 40 peer-reviewed and public health publications. He has recently authored a book called Pediatrics - A clinical Handbook.

He is currently an Associate Professor (adj) of Pediatric Neurology at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University, Dubai. He has been a lecturer for medical students at the University Hospital of Leicester and has been teaching on the national training courses like Pediatric Epilepsy training course. He is an accredited examiner for the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health.

Mr. Rahul Kashyap is the Executive Director and Certified Orthotist & Prosthetist (CPO) at Xtremity.

Rahul Kashyap has been licensed and accredited by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) as well as DOH (Department of health, Abu Dhabi). He has a wide and diverse experience of almost ten years in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Rahul Completed his bachelor's study in late 2012 from one of the very prestigious Institute of India "All India Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation", Mumbai.

Following his Graduation, he joined Ottobock, a pioneer company in the field of orthotics and prosthetics, and then went on to complete his residency program.

He then moved to Dubai in the year 2014 and worked with different facilities across the country.

He has vast clinical knowledge in managing critical orthotic and prosthetic cases.

His area of expertise is in:
- Orthotic management of Scoliosis
- Orthotic management of Cranial Head deformities
- Orthotic management of Neuromuscular disorders
- Lower extremity Prosthetic management

Pratiksha Mishra is the Operation Head and Pediatric Orthotic and Prosthetic specialist.

She has been licensed and accredited by Dubai Health Authority (DHA). She has extensive and diverse experience in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics, She has been into this field from almost last ten years.

She obtained her Graduation degree in Bachelor in Prosthetics and Orthotics from one of the renowned Institute of India "All India Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation", Mumbai.

Prior to moving UAE, she was the full-time consultant Prosthetist and Orthotist at Endolite Mumbai, a joint venture with Blatchford which is UK based renowned Prosthetic and Orthotic Company. Later she Joined Bionic Prosthetic and Orthotic Centre Mumbai as a consultant Prosthetist and Orthotist which is US based Service provider company.

Later She moved to Dubai in 2015 and worked with different organizations across the country before became a part of Xtremity.
